Little Red Hen'S Easy Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 yeast cake
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast cake in warm water.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased bowl and let rise until dough doubles (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours).
    Punch dough down and put in greased 9-inch pie dish.
    Let rise until double.
    Melt butter and pour over dough before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
