Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    A.1 sauce
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    dash of Texas Pete
    dash of garlic
    1 can tortillas
    1 pt. oil
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in small amount of oil.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add ketchup, chili powder, A.1 sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste, Texas Pete and garlic.
    Simmer slowly. In small saucepan, heat oil until very hot.
    Then drop in one tortilla at a time.
    As soon as it hits the bottom, fold in half with a fork and remove.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Line all fried tortillas into baking pan.
    Fill each with some meat mixture and top with cheese.
    Put in oven long enough to melt cheese.
    Top with cut up lettuce and tomatoes.
    Use Texas Pete and ketchup on top.
