Sour Cream And Onion Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    New potatoes, quartered
    Chicken pieces on the bone
    Whole baby mushrooms
    Butter or margarine
    1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Skin chicken and place in baking dish. Quarter potatoes and place around chicken, as well as the mushrooms. Top each piece of chicken with a generous tablespoon of butter. Sprinkle entire baking dish with 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix (may need more than one package if cooking for a large number of people). Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Turn oven down to 250\u00b0 and cook another 2 hours.
