Sour Cream Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. frying chicken
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 tsp. salt
    water (sufficient to keep from burning)
    2 onions, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Wash and drain chicken.
    Brown onions lightly in the fat.
    Add paprika and the chicken.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Cover and cook slowly for about an hour.
    Pour the cream over the chicken and let rest for 1 minute.
    Serve with freshly boiled soft noodles.
