Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
    1 (16 oz.) jar sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) box chopped spinach
    3 spring onions, chopped fine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable mix
Preparation
    Drain all water from spinach (squeeze).
    Add sour cream, mayonnaise, onions and vegetable mix.
    Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Cut out center of loaf and stuff with dip.
    Serve with chips or crackers.
