Chocolate Truffle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. hot water
    whipping cream
    1 cube butter
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to 425\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Melt
    chocolate
    and
    butter in double boiler.
    Add flour, sugar and water.
    Stir well.
    Add yolks, one at a time, beat well after
    each addition.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold into chocolate mixture.
    Turn into the pan. Bake 15
    minutes only!
    Cake
    will
    look very uncooked in the center.
    Let cool completely, then chill or freeze.
    Cut cold, then let sit about 15 minutes.
