Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar and eggs.
    Add flour and buttermilk alternately; beat well after each addition.
    Add soda, cinnamon, salt and pulp; mix well.
    Melt butter in bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
    Add batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
