Creole Cabbage Or Cajun Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large or 4 small beef bouillon cubes
    1 head cabbage
    about 1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. minced onion (if you like)
    basil
    thyme
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Melt beef bouillon cubes in just enough boiling water to cover, then set aside to cool.
    Shred cabbage (as for slaw).
    Toss in minced garlic (also minced onion if you like).
    Add basil and thyme (I use about 1 tablespoon each but you can use less to start and add to taste).
    Pour in the bouillon and apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar (again, it is your choice) and toss it all together.
