Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. corn tortillas
grated Cheddar cheese
grated Monterey Jack cheese
chopped onion
1 can enchilada sauce (hot or medium)
Preparation

Spray shallow glass dish with Pam.
Cover dish with enchilada sauce.
Roll or stack tortillas with grated cheese and onions covered with enchilada sauce.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve with lettuce and tomato on top.
Add hot salsa to taste.
