Baked Pork Chops And Apple-Walnut Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large pork chops
    1/2 bag stuffing mix (your favorite brand)
    1/2 can apple slices, drained
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 qt. water
    1 pkg. mushroom soup mix, dry
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare stuffing per package instructions.
    Add apple slices and walnuts.
    Place chops in baking dish.
    In a bowl, mix dry soup mix and water.
    Pour over chops. Cover and bake 45 minutes.
    Uncover. Top each pork chop with scoop of stuffing. Cover and bake 15 minutes more.
    Serve with your favorite \"colorful\" vegetable.
