Catherine'S Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 small potatoes, diced
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 can kidney beans
    1 small (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 small green pepper (optional)
    3 small carrots, sliced
    2 small onions, sliced
    1 c. rice
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Arrange ingredients in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish in layers, beginning with meat and topping with tomatoes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add tomato soup and 1 soup can of water. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or 2 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
