Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin pie
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. fresh milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    pastry for single crust pie
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and spice; mix well. Add pumpkin; stir for thorough mixing.
    Add eggs.
    Beat lightly with rotary beater or fork.
    Gradually add in evaporated milk and milk.
    Place pie shell on oven rack.
    Pour in mixture.
    Cover edge of dough with foil.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Remove edge foil and continue baking for 25 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    May be topped with whipped cream.
