Ingredients

3 to 4 qt. cukes
1 bunch celery
2 bell peppers
2 large onions
4 c. vinegar (5%)
6 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
Preparation

Wash and cut cucumbers thin.
Dice rest of vegetables.
Pour vinegar, sugar and salt over vegetable mixture; let set awhile. Stir several times.
When juice is drawn (4 hours or overnight), package and freeze.
To thaw, thaw in refrigerator.
Cucumbers will be crisp when thawed.
