Pineapple Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk, chilled
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
baked pie shell
Preparation

In saucepan, mix Jell-O, pineapple and sugar. Heat until Jell-O melts and just begins to bubble; let cool. Beat evaporated milk and lemon juice until stiff. Fold into Jell-O mixture, then pour into baked pie shell. Chill until set firm.
