Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in the Crisco; set aside.
    Beat the egg and vinegar or lemon juice in a cup, then fill rest of cup with water.
    Mix together; mix with fork until mixture is consistent.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator.
    (Will keep for a month.)
