90 Minute Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
    Heat milk, water and margarine at 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
    Add 1/4 cup flour and beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
    Stir enough additional flour to make soft dough.
    On floured board, knead 2 to 3 minutes.
    Shape into balls.
    Let rise for 30 minutes.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen rolls.
