Pasta Sauce Raphael - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. diced oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 can (28 oz.) plum tomatoes with juice
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    My mom cooks it. She cooks it the way she likes to.
    She cooks it back and froth.
    She cleans up and she cooks everything and then she vacuums!
