Stuffed Squash(Green Peppers, Small Eggplant) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. medium size green, white or yellow squash
1 c. rice
1 1/2 lb. coarsely ground lamb or beef
1 Tbsp. salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 small can tomato sauce
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
water
Preparation

Cut stems and scoop out seeds of squash.
Wash.
Mix the washed rice, lamb and spices together.
Stuff squash with mixture, but do not pack too tightly.
Arrange in saucepan.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Add enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and cook for 25 minutes.
