Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 green pepper, shredded
    2 carrots, shredded
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, green pepper and carrots with salt; let stand 1 hour.
    Mix vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Bring to a boil for 1 minute; cool.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Put in covered containers and freeze.
    Makes 12 servings.
