Quick And Easy Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain fat.
    Stir in onion soup mix, tomato sauce and water; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer until thick.
    Cook noodles according to directions on box.
    Drain and let stand in cold water for easier separation.
    In 5 x 9-inch loaf dish, alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce and cheese, ending with cheese layer.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
