Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    8 saltines, crushed
    large chunk Cheddar cheese, grated
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash, oleo, salt and pepper until done.
    Cook, then mash.
    Mix eggs, milk, crackers and cheese.
    Add to squash.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
