Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked mashed squash
    3 tsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 small onion
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. crushed saltines
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
