Pumpkin Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 (29 oz.) large can pumpkin
    1 (13 oz.) large can evaporated milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with waxed paper.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Melt margarine (1 minute in microwave in a glass measuring cup) and let cool.
    Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon. Pour into waxed paper-lined pan.
    Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix over the top.
    Sprinkle chopped pecans over cake mix; pat into place. Spoon melted margarine evenly over dry mix and nuts.
