Crawfish Etouffee(Club Member: Jason Harvey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 stick butter
    1 small onion
    green onion
    1/2 can water
    2 lb. preboiled shrimp, peeled
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onions and cook for 15 minutes. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
