Low-Fat Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Uncle Ben's rice (uncooked)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 1/2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 1/2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
2 c. warm water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large microwavable bowl; cover with Saran Wrap.
Microwave on Full power for 20 minutes.
Stir and serve.
