Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. stew meat
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    4 carrots, cut in pieces
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3 potatoes, sliced
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat in margarine and add water.\tCook until meat is tender and add
    vegetables.
    Cook about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Add salt.
