Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. fat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour until mixture is size of peas.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar together. Stir into flour until it forms a soft ball. Makes 4 crusts.
