Potato-Broccoli-Meat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. (16 oz.) hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
dash of paprika
2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked chicken, turkey or ham
Preparation

Cook broccoli 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain.
Blend flour, nutmeg and paprika in margarine.
Slowly add milk and stir until bubbly. Remove from heat.
Add cheeses to sauce and stir until melted. Stir in hash browns.
Turn half of mixture into greased baking dish.
Top with broccoli and meat.
Spoon remainder of mixture over broccoli and meat.
Cover; bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
