Venison And Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. venison chops or 1 round steak
2/3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Adolph meat tenderizer
3 cans tomato sauce
1 onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Trim fat from meat, cube and rinse under water.
In frying pan, heat oil, add meat and brown completely.
Remove meat and set aside.
Slice onion into small pieces and add to frying pan. Saute, add meat.
Add seasoning to taste.
Start with the suggested amount and add more for desired taste. Pour in enough tomato sauce to cover completely.
Add the bay leaf, cover and simmer several hours, adding water to keep from drying out.
Serve with rice.
