Feta Cheese Foldovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 (17 1/4 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry, thawed
Feta Cheese or Broccoli-Cheddar Cheese Filling (recipe follows)
1 egg yolk, beaten with 1 tsp. water
Preparation

On floured pastry cloth with stockinet covered rolling pin, roll pastry into a 12 x 9-inch rectangle.
Cut into twelve 3-inch squares.
Place a mounded tablespoon of filling in center of each square.
Moisten edges with water; fold pastry over filling to form a triangle and press edges together firmly with a fork to seal.
Brush tops lightly with egg mixture.
Cover and chill until ready to bake or bake immediately on an ungreased baking sheet in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
