Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cooked prunes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, oil, eggs, salt, soda, cinnamon, allspice, buttermilk, cooked and diced prunes and vanilla until they are well blended.
Add pecan pieces.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
