Chattanooga Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Kraft sharp natural Cheddar cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Combine Cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese; mix well until very well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Chill.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
    Makes approximately 5 cups.
