Spinach Onion Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely chopped sweet onions
1/4 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of nutmeg
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Saute onion slowly in butter.
Cook spinach according to package; drain thoroughly.
Combine onion, spinach and Swiss cheese.
Beat eggs.
Blend in milk and seasonings.
Combine with spinach mixture.
Bake pie shell.
Pour in egg and vegetable mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
