Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    10 oz. can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 small can French green beans
    1 small can LeSueur English peas
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cool.
    Drain vegetables.
    Add to the cooled liquid mixture. Allow to marinate overnight.
    Will keep for a long period.
    The longer it marinates, the better it tastes.
