Zucchini Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar and oil and mix.
Add zucchini and mix. Sift dry ingredients together; add to first mixture.
Mix well. Add vanilla; mix.
Fold in raisins.
Pour into 2 large pans (greased).
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
Check like it was a cake.
