Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. kidney beans
2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped pickle
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
For best flavor let stand in the refrigerator one day.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
