Chicken With Rice(Peru) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up in pieces
1/3 c. oil
1 chopped up onion
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 c. crushed coriander
chili powder to taste
1 red pepper, cut in strips
1/4 lb. green peas
3 c. rice
salt and pepper
cumin
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. beer
Preparation

Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces.
In this same oil, fry the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and coriander and when it is cooked, add the red pepper strips.
Add the water and beer.
When it comes to a boil, add the rice and cover with lid.
Let it cook for 17 minutes and add the green peas.
