Ingredients

1 (1 1/4 lb.) Oreo cookies
2 sticks margarine, softly melted
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding
Preparation

Crush cookies and reserve 1/2 cup.
Mix cookies and margarine. Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate for one hour.
