Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 large white onions
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1 stick butter
    6 tsp. Cheddar cheese in a tube
Preparation
    Cut up onions and brown in butter until soft; add beef consomme and 2 cans of water.
    Boil, then add lemon juice and simmer.
    Boil hard and add the cheese.
