Green Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) roasting chicken or 3 fryers, cooked until tender and cut up (save broth)
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sliced ripe olives
    1 can sliced mushrooms (use liquid)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1 pkg. green spinach noodles
    4 oz. sliced pimento
Preparation
    Mix mushroom liquid, chicken broth, soup and cheese.
    Heat to melt cheese.
    Cook package of green spinach noodles in broth until tender.
    Mix all together; season to taste.
    Put in buttered casserole.
    Add sliced pimento on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Freezes well.
    Serves 20.
