Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar together.
    Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with eggs (one at a time).
    Add lemon juice, vanilla and salt.
    Bake in a greased and floured
    Bundt pan at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Let cool slightly before removing from pan.
