Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
8 oz carton sour cream
small can green chiles
small jar pimentos
small jar black olives (optional)
1/2 small jar jalapeno peppers (to taste)
8 oz fine shredded cheddar cheese
flour tortilla shells
Preparation

Drain chiles, pimentos, olives, and jalapenos.
Combine all ingredients except flour tortillas and cheddar cheese in blender. Spread mixture on tortilla shells. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Roll each tortilla shell.
Refrigerate until firm.
When ready to serve, slice into 2 inch sections.
Store any unused portions in refrigerator. These keep well.
