2 c. chopped celery (including leaves)
1 c. chopped cabbage
2 Tbsp. vegetable flakes
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes or fresh from garden
2 bouillon cubes MBT dietary counting (get sodium free)
optional vegetables to add*
