Three Cheeses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box shells (16 oz.)
    4 to 6 oz. shredded Swiss
    4 to 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    4 to 6 oz. Parmesan or a mixture of grated cheeses
    4 to 5 pads butter
    1 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cook and cool the shells per package directions.
    Place shells in lightly-buttered 11 x 7-inch pan.
    Pour cheeses over shells. Poke gently to scatter cheeses.
    Put butter over cheeses.
    Pour cream over all.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Very rich.
    Great served at brunch with crisp salad and chilled red wine.
