Apple Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    salt, pepper and flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. Calvados (apple brandy)
    1/2 c. cider
    2 apples, peeled, cored and cut in eighths
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Dredge in flour and fry over moderate heat in butter and oil, until brown all over.
    Add Calvados and carefully ignite with a match.
    (Usually quite safe; sometimes will surprise you!)
