Tomatoes Stuffed With Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. cooked macaroni
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut a thin slice
    from\tstem
    end of unpeeled tomatoes. Scoop out centers; leave\touter
    wall.
    Reserve centers.\tCook onion, green pepper and
    celery
    in
    margarine
    for
    about
    5 minutes. Add tomato centers and cook for 10 minutes.
    Combine with macaroni.
    Season to
    taste
    with
    salt and pepper.
    Fill tomatoes.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
