Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    20 tomatoes
    4 bell peppers
    4 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients.
    Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer, uncovered, for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    May use canned tomatoes but must be drained.
