Pistachio Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. Royal instant pistachio pudding
    4 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream and water.
    Blend to moisten, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
