Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) jar pasteurized process cheese spread or 3/4 c. cubed American cheese
    3 c. cooked and drained broccoli
    3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Saute the onions in 4 tablespoons margarine until soft.
    Add the flour and water.
    Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Blend in the cheese.
    Remove from heat. Combine the sauce, broccoli and eggs.
    Turn into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover the top with cracker crumbs and dot with remaining margarine.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
