Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Let set 5 to 10 minutes.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder and sugar.
    Add 1 cup buttermilk to yeast mixture.
    Work in shortening.
    Add another cup of buttermilk with dry ingredients.
    Blend.
    Work dough on board and roll out 1/3-inch thick.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
